Avenue of the Stars -- Century City, CA

Avenue of the Stars was constructed over the original parking garage that serves the Century Plaza Towers. The deck or roof of the garage required new waterproofing prior to the construction of the building and Great Lawn. A hot rubberized asphalt waterproofing was used over the entire “plaza” of the project.

The Broadway Building -- Hollywood, CA

Another KOR Development project along with Killefer Flammang Architects (see Eastern Columbia), the Broadway was originally designed by Los Angeles architect Frederick Rice Dorn, in a Renaissance manner stylized with decorative Corinthian reliefs and columns supporting the upper level loggias.

City Center -- Las Vegas, NV

One of the largest single projects constructed in the United States, the City Center dominates the Las Vegas Strip and skyline. The project covers over 40 acres and as seen in the photos is more than complex.

Disney Concert Hall -- Los Angeles, CA

The County of Los Angeles teamed with Frank Gehry Architects, Mortensen Construction and many local contractors to build the now famous landmark in LA. The shape, finish and overall look of the building is "one of a kind".

Eastern Columbia Building -- Los Angeles, CA

The original building was constructed in 1929 and was part of the Art Deco era with the green terra cotta topped off by the Clock Tower at the roof. The KOR Company turned the building into high rise lofts in 2007. Charles Pankow Builders was in charge of tearing it apart and rebuilding from the inside out.

LA Live -- Los Angeles, CA

What is now considered the “Entertainment Center” of downtown Los Angeles, LA Live has sprung up next to Staples Center and the LA Convention Center to form a city block of excitement. Next to the Nokia Plaza and Theater, the LA Live Hotel and Residences are connected to the new Regal Cinemas and Convention Center space to form a fabulous experience for all those that travel there.

Regency Tower -- Riverside, CA

D 7 was selected by Langdon Wilson Architects to provide Design and Construction Administration for this high rise office building in Riverside, CA. The building was constructed by Snyder Langston Builders. A combination of systems including belowgrade waterproofing, fluid-applied plaza waterproofing, elastomeric roofing and PVC Single ply were utilized for this project.
