We use apps such as Noterize, Penultimate, Dropbox is a big one that allows our file transfer needs to be met, Notepad Pro is also very good. We have found the keeping everything consistent by using pdf files allows us to move in and out of all apps with ease. Setting up specific tablet form using Office HD or iNotePad Pro HD may allow you to customize your forms in a manner that provides you with the best solutions.
