LAX RTR Building (MSC North Enabling)
The LAX FAA Radio Transmitter Receiver (RTR) facility is a stand-alone building and was originally located in the footprint of the new MSC (Midfield Satellite Concourse). As part of the MSC North project, the building was relocated to a vacant area at the airport. It provides radio communication between aircraft pilots and Air Traffic Controllers.
