At times, D 7 is asked by General Contractors to provide Construction assistance, which includes Quality Assurance Observation.  This is typically done when the project contract documents require this type of service.  We appreciate that Hensel Phelps Construction has the faith in our ability to work with them as their consultant.  D 7 provided Quality Assurance for the Belowgrade waterproofing, Air Barrier, Shower pans and Roofing.  This is one of several projects where D 7 has worked with Hensel Phelps at their request.
