Watt Plaza -- Century City, CA

Over the years, D 7 has had the opportunity to work on projects in different ways.  D 7 was involved with the management during the roofing replacement of both towers several years ago.  This past year (2008) we were asked to provide Design services for the complete renovation of the entire “Watt Plaza.”  The base of building renovation encompasses completed removal of existing planter, plaza, walls, etc.  A new waterproofing, drainage, planters and fountain design was then constructed.  Cold fluid-applied waterproofing was the main system chosen for this project due to the overall conditions and types of areas where waterproofing is required.
